The Pearl Park Beach Resort is a Sprawling, Beautifully Landscaped Property of 85 Rooms & Cottages built right next to the Popular Lakshmanpur Beach in Neil Island. This Property has been recently renovated and has 4 Categories of Rooms. The Deluxe Garden View Rooms are Cute Little Cottage Rooms with a Nice Veranda and are Garden Facing. The Deluxe Rooms with Sea View are Slightly Bigger and have a Veranda with a View of the Sea, the Super Deluxe Rooms with Pool View are Even Larger and have a Large Balcony giving you a View of the Pool and the Highest Category Super Deluxe Rooms with Pool & Sea View have a Bath Tub in addition to a Shower and a Large Balcony that gives you Stunning Views of both the Lovely Swimming Pool and the Serene Sea as well. All their Rooms are Spacious, Well Furnished with Split AC’s, Comfortable Beds, Good Linen, Electric Kettle with Tea/Coffee/Milk Sachets, Mini Fridge and Toiletries as well. They have a Lovely Restaurant where a Buffet Breakfast is served every Morning and where you can have all your Meals as well. Above the Restaurant, they now also have a Spacious, Fully Stocked Bar where you can Enjoy all types of Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Drinks, Cocktails and Mocktails as well. The Staff are all Well Trained, Courteous, Helpful and provide Good Service too. They have a Large Swimming Pool with a Separate Kids Pool Area that is Clean and Very Well Maintained as well, making it a Pleasure to Swim in. A Large, Wonderfully Landscaped and Well Maintained Property located right on the Popular Lakshmanpur Beach that has Spacious, Well Furnished and Well Maintained Rooms, Good Food and Good Service as well. Certainly one of the Best Places to stay at in Neil Island and Highly Recommended too.

"A dream stay at pearl park beach resort a pearl park beach resort offer a perfect blend of luxury and nature , my sea room view was incredible , with the sound of the waves providing the ultimate relaxation,the sunset point at the resort is simple magical,and enjoying a private candlelight dinner by the beach was unforgettable , with dugong restaurant offering delicious indian and continental cuisine ,I was spoiled for choice ,the peaceful calm surrounding ,the serene laxmanpur beach, and the lush garden view made this the perfect escape , the swimming pool and spa added to the relaxation, fully recommended .

I will divide my experience in this resort into four parts.. location, check in/out, staff behaviour, infra and food.
Location wise its the best located hotel in the whole island. It has its own sunset point and is very close to the popular Lakshmanpur beach. Our room too had a direct view to the sea. So, no complaints on that front.
Staff behaviour- Staff is very polite and helpful no doubt.
Check in/out- Their check in time is 12 noon and check out is 9.30Am. They get a solid 2.5 hours to clean the rooms. Yet we had to wait for 30-45 mins for the room. We arrived at around 11.15 Am. And it was 12 when we stepped inside our room. Thats unacceptable and put a sour note at the initial experience of our tour. Also keeping in mind that they were very particular about timing while checking out and we received a call promptly at 9.30 requesting us to check out. Hope they do this to all guests, then why the delay while checking in ??? Also while checking in at the reception I was told to leave the check in time blank and to fill the check out time beforehand at 9.30 am and initialise it. Never had such an experience anywhere in the world. But it was quite interesting anyway.
Infra- I will label it average. Keeping into consideration the location I will over-go it.
Food- Nothing exceptional. Average in taste. If you are an Indian then better to stick to ur regular dal bhat regime and not to try anything fancy. The beachside shacks offer better seafood. U may try there.

Overall baring a few hiccups we had a nice stay at Neil.

Right at the Laxmapur beach but average service.
Some rooms are nice especially on the 1st floor. The ground floor rooms appear congested and smelly.

Outside garden and plantation is very beautiful.

Its right at the beach but to claim it as private beach is misleading. Beach is right there but there is no direct access either.

The location is absolutely beautiful
- set right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea. My room was luxurious, with a private balcony that offered panoramic views of the ocean. The resort offers a range of activities, from beach volleyball to water sports, ensuring there's something for everyone. I also indulged in the spa, which provided the ultimate relaxation experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special.
The on-site restaurant serves amazing food, and the beach bar is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. If you're looking for a slice of paradise, Pearl Park Beach Resort is it!
